No insults or flaming - be polite and respectful at all times and understand that there may be a variety of points of view, all of which may have some validity;
Opinions are OK, but please provide as much factual evidence as possible for any assertions that you are making

No most everybody should get a flu shot. My physician told me to get one ASAP as I'm schedule for surgery in about 3 weeks. Makes since to me don't want to get sick and screw up all the other fun I'll be having.
