6 months since LPR

Thought I would post my latest results. I will be going to my doctor this Thursday for my 6 month follow-up from DaVince LPR. Did not see much improvement in my incontinence util the 1st of september, when I learned that I probably wasn't doing my Kegals correctly. I had been squeezing for 5 seconds, then a quick relax then 5 more, doing it in sets of 5, trying to get 100 per day. Most days I got around 50, some days forgeot to do them. Anyway, I read online that you should rest between sqeezes, so I started doing them that way, seems to have helped some. I using about 1 pad a day, some days maybe one more, and have trouble when I strain, at work or play, but for the most part it seems to be going away.
My latest PSA, done Monday last week, came back undetectable. I'm sure proud of that, as I'm sure my doctor will be.
My ED is still around, tried some samples of Viagra and Cialas, and tried it without chemicals, and each time I seem to be getting some erections, but not full force yet. Recently tried to get a prescription for Cialas filled, but my insurance won't pay for it. At almost $300 for 15 pills, I probably will try to go as natural as possible, at least for now.
To any newbies out there, keep up the faith, and try to educate yourself before making any decisions.
