One Month post robotic with questions about ED therapy
I had my surgery August 14th. Doc sent me home with 20mg Cialis. He said to take one half every third night. Have had no response at all. I am worried that I should be doing more as far as rehab. Any suggestions? Also would like to hear from others who have gone the implant route.

Re: One Month post robotic with questions about ED therapy
Don,
I am 2.5 months post surgery. Surgeon has had me take 5 mg Cialis daily and use a vacuum pump daily (to maintain blood flow). I am just now beginning to see some partial erections. He warned me that it will take up to a year for me to return to normal as the nerves have been shaken up quite a bit and need time to heal. This advice assumes that both sets of nerves were spared during surgery and you had good erections prior to the surgery.
