This forum is for the discussion of anything to do with Prostate Cancer. There are only four rules:
No fundraisers, no commercials (although it is OK to recommend choices of treatment or medical people based on your personal research; invitations to participate in third-party surveys are also acceptable, provided there is no compensation to YANA);
No harvesting e-mail addresses for Spam;
No insults or flaming - be polite and respectful at all times and understand that there may be a variety of points of view, all of which may have some validity;
Opinions are OK, but please provide as much factual evidence as possible for any assertions that you are making
Failure to abide by these simple rules will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your posting privileges.

I don't often delete posts. I don't like censorship. But I've deleted a couple this morning.
If any of you have a problem with what other people have to say on this site, please mail them directly so you can keep your stoush off line.
Ideally this Forum is for raising questions that might be answered from our collective knowledge base or for exchanging information that may be helpful. At times it may be a useful space to let off a bit of steam.....but not too often - and never getting personal.

I read the posts and you were correct at deleting them. I wouldn't want to be exposed to the unfortunate emotions expressed if I were new to PCa and trying to find some unbiased help through this maze of information. In fact that is why YANA is such a great source of information, the emotion and advertising is non-existent.
