Re: Is there a difference between?

Where did you get the term 'drawn margin' - was that from the art department?

The other two mean the same thing.

All the best

Re: Is there a difference between?

Thanks Terry for the input, but I don't wanna be to nice and grateful, it's not my nature and might be bad luck for me. I'll stay sarcastic and grouchy, any other behaviour would be a sign of weakness on my side.

Oh..How about INKED margin? In the sketch I recall, the entire pit/walnut/prostate or it may of been the capsule, was outlined with a dotted circle 360 degrees. The 1st grader rule of stay between the lines comes to mind...LOL

Re: Is there a difference between?

The gterm inked margin refers to the manner in which positive margins are ientified in the pathology specimen, as I understand it. I don't think there is any signficant difference between all the terms you have quoted, but it may be wirth your while asking a pathologist if this is of some concern to you.

All the best

Terry
