I have been off ADT for 6 months after being on it 2 years. I have been getting nocturnal erections often now, but my guy is about 1/4 the length and width he used to be. Has this happened to anyone else?
I had a DaVinci and ADT/radiation. On the very rare occasions when I get a nocturnal stiffening, it is quite short and narrow like yours. The problem is, when I try to take advantage of it, it goes away.

The timing is about the same as my experience after one year of ADT. I'm still not "normal" after 16 months from my last 3 month shot, but it is getting bigger and better. Time may yet heal this problem.
