No fundraisers, no commercials (although it is OK to recommend choices of treatment or medical people based on your personal research; invitations to participate in third-party surveys are also acceptable, provided there is no compensation to YANA);
No harvesting e-mail addresses for Spam;
No insults or flaming - be polite and respectful at all times and understand that there may be a variety of points of view, all of which may have some validity;
Opinions are OK, but please provide as much factual evidence as possible for any assertions that you are making

The changes that have been made were made without any notice or warning and I don't like the new set up one little bit. It is also annoying that one cannot put in live links and that certain punctation points seem to be no longer allowed.
I will be taking up some of the issues with the providers, but I guess they will not be too interested and that we will just have to get used to it.
Well, I've dickied it up a bit - I think it looks a little better than it was. I've reported the long downloading time - not a problem for me I must say - and I'll see what they say about that.
