I have been feeling very low level testicle pain on one side lately. I had IMRT (not RP) and ended ADT 2 months ago after 2 years. I am 18 months past IMRT. Any ideas? My first thought is to see if it goes away.
Aloha AlanJ,
Do you know your testosterone level?
I would check with your oncology doc, just a phone call would help clear it up.

Aloha Alan,
I do not understand what A <20 means? Testosterone test result is usually a number between 2.4 to 8.27 ng/ml for a normal reading. If you have been off ADT for up to 18 months T could be less than 2.4.
Joe
Joe,
My doc said that a T of less than 20 was castrate level. Normal levels are a few hundred.
Alan,
You've only been off ADT for 2 months. My T didn't come back for several months. As for the pain, I didn't feel any pain at all during or after EBRT/ADT.
