Opinions are OK, but please provide as much factual evidence as possible for any assertions that you are making

My take on this is that we need: a better screening test - maybe PCA3 is that test - and less morbid treatments - maybe focal HIFU or cryo - accurate, reliable imaging makes both of these treatments way easier.
Given these, screen as early as you like - say 40 for anyone with any kind of risk factor - and get rid of the vast majority of PCa before it gets rolling.
