This forum is for the discussion of anything to do with Prostate Cancer.

Good point, I am one of the guys whom elected for the breast radiation thing as I was one ADT3 (casodex can produce enlargement) and since I decided to switch to DES, to ditch all the side effects of ADT3 drugs which after 2 yrs. was about all I could handle, that would increase the risk for breast enlargement and the breast tenderness I was already feeling that.

Decided to do this and it apparently worked, usually docs do this in perhaps 3 sessions, I did it in one with a reliable radiation doc, they use electron rays for this and it is light duty and could produce like a sunburn ring (6" dia. approx.), it goes away after a month or two. So, have no regrets at this juncture which is about 4 yrs. since doing.
