incontinence clamps

Greetings all,
First the good news, PSA in initial test after surgery is 0. Whew....
Incontinence continues, 10 weeks after surgery I am still 99% incontinent. My surgeon gave me a Buarrucker Urinary Incontinence Camp yesterday with instructions to use during the day with the hope that this will expand the bladder. The problem is this is a large clumsy device and not particularly comfortable. I am not a large person in both senses and tiis is a one size fits all device.
Do any of you have experience with the other clamps that are available and are any of the others more finely engineered and comfortable to wear? Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jon
