Re: Selenium and Vitamin E

Hello everyone,
I think that the key to all good health should be maintaining a healthy immune system. Selenium is needed for this in trace amounts, vitamin E level can be maintained through a healthy diet consuming certain vegetables containing Vit. E in their oils. Stress factors also play a role. While I take a multivitamin plus Vit. D3 and Calcium (for Lupron effects) I still focus mainly on my diet, exercise, and stress reduction. I believe these three things lead to a healthy immune system moreso than any magic pills, formulas, and supplements. Of course this is just my opinion. Take care - p (Alaska, USA)
