Re: Hormone therapy prior to brachytherapy

Bill,

I was 73 when diagnosed. I had hormone therapy. then EBRT plus brachytherapy, 12 months ago. To date I have had no ongoing problems. The PSA reading is good and as I have now crossed the 75 year old border I am feeling quietly confident.

I don't know who comes up with all these theories about what might happen. I feel very content with my present situation. Would be nice if I could still "do the business" if you get my message, but that ain't the be'all and end'all of life. Just the best part of it :-)

Best wishes

Pete in Perth Western Australia
