It has been 8 weeks since my surgery and I am finally out of diapers!! I can even go to bed now without a pad and had my first two beers without looking like a leaky pipe. I have had several dry orgasms I do miss cumming even if it was a mess to clean up. Tried to use the penis pump I get a 80% erection but will not last more than 2 minutes and goes soft. Pat you could try a constrictive aid around the base of the penis after obtaining an erection via the pump. Just remember not to leave it on for any more than a half hour.
