Hi Fred,

I've read that 2 weeks of Tetracycline might lower psa if there was an inflammation. (I've also read that Cirpo can have severe side effects)

I'm going to a walk-in clinic tomorrow with my PSA results and ask for the Tetracycline.

Hopefully I can find a great Uro, who has the latest equipment, the sharpest needles, would do a local if asked, and works with an assistant to speed up the procedure. (and a bit of Valium as you suggest)

I've had enough of Doctors who act like an Airline... treat me like a passenger and let me sit on the tarmac for 4 hours.
