Opinions are OK, but please provide as much factual evidence as possible for any assertions that you are making

Here are today’s updates and new posts - I couldn't finish all the entries as it is still so hot here - and that knocks me about a bit, thanks to my heart medication:
had robotic protate sur 9 months ago psa is good but have sufered from incontinent all this time i am better than 6 months ago but still leak afternoons when a years time passes i might have sur . to try to stop it very unpleasant, very hard at work any one else with this most people seem to stop on ther own.
