I had proton therapy in 2005 at Midwest Proton Radiotherapy Institute in Bloomington, IN. and it offered be a very good experience in treating my prostate cancer. My Gleason was 6, PSA 4.5 and T2b tumor. I recieved 44 treatments, ran every day of treatment and had no side effects. My current PSA is 1.2 and that is right where my radiation oncologist wants it at this point. I believe they are taking new patients and would provide a very positive experience for you as well.
