I'm looking for a forum to perhaps vent, learn, listen etc. for adult children of mentally ill mothers. Any recommendations? I just wonder if finder others "like me" might help the healing process.

This Forum has been a bit slow, there is a facebook group (I think it's called) Adults with Mentally ill Parents, it too is a little slow but there's more people. Always remember to use caution in any group, I've found perverts out there posing as victims.
