Hi all,

I'm new to this forum. My therapist, who I've been seeing for about 2 years, has been suggesting for a while that I could really use some fellowship among other adult children of mentally ill parents. I can't find any sort of support group near where I live. I might consider starting my own, but I'm wondering if anyone happens to know whether it already exists. I'm located in Boston, MA. My therapist obviously can't diagnose my father, who is the parent with the mental distress, has shared with me that she suspects he has narcissistic personality disorder. What my brother and I went through as children and continue to go through as adult children of my father is unbelievable and so difficult to cope with when there is no fellowship. Anyone know a group in Boston?
