Hi, My mom has rapid cycling bipolar all her adult life. She has lived many years with her mom, my grandma who is now very old and ill, out of the country. I am a U.S. citizen, born and raised here. Although my mother lived here she did not wish to pursue citizenship. When my grandmother dies I would like my mom to come and live with us, to do so we would have to sponsor her residency. We want to know the liklihood of her being denied a visa with her condition. Right on the application are questions about physical and mental health. We are looking at all the options for her, she is happy where she lives now but will consider the possibility of her moving in with us.

Does anyone know anything immigration looking at mental health or anything like this?
