Mixed Vegetable Pickles
Can someone please tell me how to put together those beautiful mixed vegetable pickles? I have been told there is a quick way to pickle the vegetables, using vinegar, so that you don't have to dry them out for several days. Many thanks - would appreciate it greatly.
