I prefer things the way it is, but if it means more players are likely to turn up (knowing that they will 'definitely' get a run-out, then it will be a good thing for us.
Will the Referees allow us to keep changing our Lino every 15 minutes though ? That's the real key to it.

With some of the ref's in our league it is almost a certainty that at some stage teams will have 12/13 players on the pitch at any one time......
