Nice to see you being as positive as ever (although you're probably right with most of what you say).
Regarding Edmonton Sports Club - it could possibly be an option to play there, as they are currently (or at least were last season) letting a pitch out to another Sunday league site, who didn't use the bar (or even the changing facilities for some reason). The pitches over the back are available from the start of September, and although none of our players play for Norseman, some of us do have some contacts there.
I like the idea of playing somewhere with a bar - look at our pre-season games at Southgate Hockey where pretty much the whole team stayed afterwards to have a drink. OK, so it isn't going to make us a better team, but it can't hurt team spirit. That said, our current set-up at Hazelwood is decent enough, and we can't exactly complain about the pitch.
