As mentioned before I'd like to start running some fitness sessions in the summer.

But with family commitments etc I could either do Sunday mornings or Sunday evenings. I reckon it will help a bit for team morale entering the new season.

So firstly, can you reply if you might be interested and secondly would the morning or evening work best for you.
