As usual, the team that knocked us out in the First Round of the London F.A. Sunday Intermediate Cup, in this case Frenford Sunday, have reached the Final !

They are playing Trent Park (Arkay), so that should be interesting !!!
It's on Sunday 22nd April at Leyton F.C. (10.30.a.m. kick-off).

Frenford Sunday are also through to the Semi-Finals of the Essex F.A. Sunday PREMIER Cup (for the best Sunday teams in Essex !), where they will be facing Great Parndon C.A. from Harlow...who beat Upshire 2-1 in the First Round.

Personally, I didn't think they were as good as some of the teams we have played in our League this season, but then they obviously had a few players missing in defence when we played them ?
