I can do 21st July for 'URGENT' meeting if required. Re 'URGENT' decisions I say the following :-

1) Order Kit
2) If Marks says he'll do it - fine
3) Tim Beeden - who gives a monkeys
4) People who want to play will play - End of

What the problem is with No. 4 is that the new players all WANT to play for us but it doesn't look as if we are going to give them the opportunity to do so during July & August.

We need to be able to say to them at training this Sunday...'Yes, you will be given a run-out at 7-a-side or in the Tournament (ahead of certain current players)', but Trevor & Russell want to field our strongest available side for all Tournament matches and all 7-a-side matches.
This is because winning something in Pre-Season will encourage more players to join, but losing matches in Pre-Season will encourage more players to leave.
