Barry from the Fire Station phoned to confirm that we can book the venue for the A.G.M. on 21st May.
He was not keen on us watching the Cup Final there because he is not allowed to serve persons who are drunk so he would rather we start at about 6 p.m.

As Arsenal are now in the final (again) we need to know if anyone intends to go to Cardiff and miss the A.G.M. if we have it on that evening.

I think that everyone is going to watch the final at The Beehive (if it's a nice day) or The Broadway anyway,so there is no reason for us to go to the fire station untill later.
