George Byford

I phoned George last night after he sent me his phone number via facebook. He served in 42 but left for 29 Commando in 1964 so thats before my time. He is fine and living in Devon. I advised him of the web site and as he served in 68 I also told him of their reunion this year, also the 42 reunion next weekend. I also mentioned that if he needs anything to phone me or even use the message forum. He will be looking for photos Jim so hope he finds some.

Lou. I could be mistaken about that but definately told me he served with 29.

He was my signals Sgt in 7 bty 95 Cdo in 1968
