I lived in La Paz when I was a young child and I can still remember the Aymara and Quechua women and the way they dressed, but I don't remember seeing them wrestle. However a few years later, whoie living in Venezuela, one of my favorite shows was a soap opera, starring El Alcon, "the Falcon", who wore a white wrestling outfit and a white mask. I think he was based on a real lucha libre star, or maybe it was him. Fun stuff.

Semi-unrelated... There was a great Wrestling History special on A&E a few days ago. I believe it was a repeat of something before ("New" footage was about 6 years old) but beyond interesting. The "Classy" one had some insights and it was just facinating how it went from legitamite to what it is today. I was upset, though, with the lack of mention of Andy, but it was still great.
