It's from the Curb Your Enthusiasm episode The Thong. I just noticed him moving around in the background. He's on for a good 5 minutes. I'll post a bunch more. He shares many common features with AK. The most striking difference is the eyebrows. Andy or not, this guy has done some serious eyebrow modification. He drove an electric shaver right down main street. You could steer a mac truck identity through that gap!
