Where is SW is the discussion about creating fair laws?

Hi,
Can someone please tell me where in SW I can find the discussion about the only way to create laws that are fair for everyone is for the law-makers to decide all the laws then the instant they agree, they all die and will come back to life in circumstances they don't know. For example, you could come back as a paraplegic, so you would want laws that were fair for disabled people, or you could come back as a single mother, so you would want fair laws for them, etc.
I'm doing a post-grad essay linking literature, culture and politics, haven't read SW for many years, and hope someone can direct me to the relevant chapter to save me some time.
Thanks!

It's in the chapter on Marx (but you've probably written your essay long ago... :) )
