There is more misterys in Sophie's World than we think For exemple:
1: Alberto spoke so much about Damaris, who became critian after Paul's words in Athenas. Alberto sad " we have to record this name" (page 179). Why Damaris is important for this book, for the Sophie's World?
2:Rain falls on Sophie's world and Hilde's world at the same day and minute. The Hilde's dad was in Libano. How could he knows about the rain. If the rain on Sophie's world is a ilusion of the Mister Knag's mind, the rain in Hilde's world is a ilusion too, or a coincidence? If it is a ilusion, who made it?
3: Telephone dialogue beetween Hilde and Mister Knag (Page 345)
Mister Knag: Are you enjoying the reading?
Hilde: I learned today more than i learned before....
Than Mister Knag wonder how Hilde read all thouse pages just one day.
4: "philosophy is the mirror of the world'spirit" (page 395) Sophie and Alberto dialogue is too interessant. There is a metaphora beetween the gipsy mirror and the afirmation.
5: The end of the book leave anything on the air. A secret to the readers search after end the book.
