In the mid-1980's, Vivien was waitressing at Fromin's Deli in Santa Monica. It was nice to see her after so many years. She refused to accept my gratuity.
A few months later I returned to Fromin's. The restaurant manager told me Viv no longer worked there. No further information was given.
Seeing her photo on the alumni remembrance wall really shook me up.
