Welcome to our forum. Feel free to post a message. This forum is for the promotion of Bluegrass Music in the states of Ohio and Michigan. If you have a question about a festival or a group, are looking for a special guitar, or just want to chat about the great show or jam you went to last night, here is the place. Let's all keep it clean and play nice, y'all here? For Michigan Bluegrass visitors... you'll have to use your back browser button to get back to the Michigan Bluegrass site! I'm sorry! Until we have seperate forums, we'll have to deal with this. We felt that one forum would be best and a little cheaper on our pocketbooks, since is all by donation and little bit of advertising! Hope you all understand!

Blueridge guitar

Woah! I just got this one in the mail today here at work. I bought it off of eBay for $180 total. DId I luck out. This is the older BR-OS model. The thing has deep tone. It reminds me a lot of a Martin D-18 (it sounds way better than the Martin DXM I've been using). This thing is worth twice as much as I paid for it. I've tried the newer models (BR-40 and 60), which sound great, but this one has THEEE sound I've been craving for a while. Anyone looking for a great sounding guitar for a good price (when you just can't afford a Martin) should seek one of these Blueridge babies out.

Re: Blueridge guitar

Hey Matt ! Those are great sounding guitars for the money. I play mandolin but I bought a Blueridge BR-160 last year( still like to play a little guitar once in a while). The guitar sounds really great and is an incredible value. Glad you like yours and made a great deal.

Keep on keepin on
