Opinions are OK, but please provide as much factual evidence as possible for any assertions that you are making

Sorry to read of your friend's problems. I don't know if you had any answers Off List, but possibly not as I believe there are not too many men with Advanced Disease who subscribe to this List.
Your friend might find a better response on another List - see MAILING LISTS for some suggestions. The PPML List has over 1,000 members, some of whom are advanced and of course there is the specific Advanced Prostate Cancer List.
