Can players please either e-mail me their holiday/unavailable dates for July, August & September, or text them to me, or leave a message on here ?

I am getting too many players at 7-a-side matches verbally informing me of dates that they are unavailable when I do not have a pen & paper with me, then expecting me to remember them.

At the moment, what I have is the following:

TEM & OZ...On Holiday for Thurs 17th July & Mon 21st July matches
BARNEY...Just remembered he is in Portsmouth next week, so that's one change to the Thursday Night squad already ! (My fault).
STEVE COKELL...Wife expecting last week in August, so unavailable for a few weeks thereafter.
DANNY GREEN....On holiday between Mon 4th Aug & Thurs 14th Aug (so missing 4 7-a-side games)
DANNY HAGAN...On holiday between Mon 21st July & Sat 2nd August
TONY KING...Unavailable for Sun 24th August (Pre-Season Friendly)
WARMERS...Not available on Thurs 7th August (Wife expecting)
WOOLY...Possibly on holiday between Sat 26th July & Sat 9th August
STUART (DORWARD)...Away in Macedonia watching Scotland on Sun 7th Sept (First League match). Buckley's Stag Do & Wedding on Sun 14th Sept & Sun 28th Sept.
CONOR...Going to V Festival on Sun 17th August. Buckley's Stag Do & Wedding on Sun 14th Sept & Sun 28th Sept.
DARRYL (GK)...'Possibly on holiday for the whole of August' !
TREV...In Cyprus for first League match (Sun 7th Sept) & the two 7-a-side matches beforehand (Mon 1st & Thurs 4th Sept)
DEL...Retired ? (According to Stu)

That's a Monday, so I take it you are not available for 7-a-side that evening then ?

Going away today now for a week, so will won't be available for either of next weeks games.
The following week I am available for both.

I will now be away for Sunday August 3rd and Monday August 4th.

I'm not available this Thurs. Haven't any other dates pencilled in to give you yet.
