Threshold needs to be low !
Threshold needs to be low ! Today,I felt the Lord speak to me,that the Threshold needs to be so low,that anyone can come. Sometimes,the Internet Media has such Hype going on. They promise all kinds of things to people and that happens even in the Life-Coaching arena. They promise guaranteed results and changed lives etc.They promise you will be succesful and just amazing. Well...that is all possible,if that is what God is doing in you and in your life.It all depends what God has given you to do. Some people are good in business and others are not.We do not have same giftings and abilities. If I promised you can be anything you wish and you have no training and ability,I would be lying to you. So,we need to look at all those issues.What are the abilities and training ? Some people are afraid to try anything new and they are afraid of failing.That is why it is important to have a clear definition of "Success" You might want to read the article in the Life-Coaching site.It explains it real well.It might be helpful. God looks at us,so lovingly and even the ones,who are not very successful are dear to His Heart.He loves us no matter what.But,it does not mean,we cannot consider improving things ! What is success ? From my perspective being faithful to God is success. We need to look at life,from that perspective and then we ALL have egual playing field. We start from there and start building from there on. You are successful in God's Eyes by loving Him with your whole heart.That is enough. That is my definition of success. But in terms of earthly life ,we DO different things in life.We might have more outside success in terms of what people see. But,even if you were a total defeat,God wants to do something in your heart.He wants to give you hope and He wants to build your faith and confidence. You can do well ...even in the outside things,that people see.As you see life from His perspective,you can start believing in your own abilities,too and find out,you can DO many things and they are pleasing to Him as well ! There is nothing wrong with success.But,we want the ones,that feel,they failed to be able to come,too ! Everyone can come to the Father.Regardless how they see themselves. I have a friend,who is a wonderful Christian Life Coach.God has given her much wisdom. She had one client,who was millionare and his greatest struggle was that he felt positive guilty 100 % of the time, because he is so wealthy ! He did not feel,he reserved it ! Imagine that. Most people,would be happy to take a pile of his money. But,the point is,no matter what our circumstance,we all have our own challenges and we need to know that God is there for us,in those situations. The situation might seem hard for us,but not too hard for God. Do you know,what helped the millioare the most ? For years he had gone from one Psychiatrist to another.He had tried New Age and every Psychic in town.Nothing helped. He was depressed in his great "Success" And then he found this Christian Life Coach,who could be his Grandmother ! She gave him homework ! Read 2 Psalms a day and write notes on each one.What did it say ? What did it mean to him ? How can he apply it to his life ? You know,what happened ? After few months of talking and reading...he said,the darkness that has always been part of his life,started lifting off ! He felt,he was getting free of darkness and heaviness ! Some of these things are spiritual ! There are things that hang heavy on people and God can use simple things like that,to start a process of healing the heart from oppression,sin and guilt. He has not become a Christian,yet,but he is being reminded of his Grandmother's teachings and it has done miracles for him ! I am telling you...each situation is Unigue.No matter,if you have little money or much money,you will always need the Lord. The End. Blessings to you. Marja K. |
