I agree with Leap. If you bend now they may expect you to bend for other things ie. pickup times, late fees, drop off times..etc. You just don't want to set a precedent for them to feel that they can bargain with you for everything. I would charge what you intended and if they feel it's too much then they can look elsewhere. This is your business too and you need to do what is comfortable for you and your family. Good Luck. |
