I would charge her your minimum rate if that is what is in your handbook. What does the Mom think if fair? Is the child with special needs napping in the afternoon or do you have to work with him/her? Also depends on how bad you want this family; 3:30 pick up is nice but then so are full timers and we are only suppose to have 5 at any given time. Do you have to pick up the school age child from school? These are some questions that could make or break the deal.
