Message:   At least she called you back to reschedule. I am always surprised by the high number of parents who will set up an interview and never show up or call. I reschdule by day around their interview and tell all the children a friend will be coming to play. I spend hours preparing paper work, sample activities, etc and cleaning in preparadtion for the interview. I also used to arrange for my Husband to take my daughter and dog somewhere dureing the interview (if it was in the evening). I stopped doing that because it was not fair to kick them out of their own house for someone who didn't even bother to show up. Here is a message to all parents, if you set up an interview and change your mind, call back and cancel as soon as you decide. To just not show up is very rude.

Back to the original question, I would tell the lady flat out that you are a professional business owner and have a very busy schedule, you do not have time to deal with people who do not respect your time. If you give her another chance make sure she knows it will be her last chance.
