Unfortunately the wording on most gov't websites is confusing! Honestly I'm not sure exactly who it is that "watches over" private daycares (like ourselves). I just know that I have heard of places that have been "visited" by "officials" and either shut down or given a 24 hour warning to prune their numbers back to 5 daycare kids or they would be shut down and fined. Maybe June can help sort this out a little better for you???? |
