Hi there, I'm starting to provide Before and After school Care on School days only, and I've been looking for all the information I can gather from the internet, I understood that We are only allowed to have 5 kids in total by law, but now after finding this link, I'm confused in between a lincensed daycare and an informal daycare. In this last one, it says that this type of daycare is not regulated by any law... am I understanding this right?? I'm asking because I have 5 kids already on only after school care and they are so quiet, and well behaved that I feel like I need some more kids around, they are all school age kids so, if can please let me know...I'll be very thankful.
