I find that both methods work at various times. I have a terrific family now through kijiji. A lot of enquiries came through DD but no matches for me. I also talk it up a bit when I'm out and about and chatting with other parents at parks, swim lessons, playgroups). Since word of mouth works best once you're known and established, it's important to advertise like crazy at least at the beginning. All the best to you! Yanna |
