I have gotten quite a few calls through advertising, but the best clients I have gotten is through word of mouth and putting my name in at my children's school. I have made friends with other providers in my area and we know what the other is looking for pt or ft, and what our home set up is likes, rules, policies etc., it has weeded out a lot of wasted interviews with people that are not a match for my family or business. I have found my neighbours are also good resources, they give me a good reference plus know my household and the kids I have. The best advertising I have found is flyers around the neighbourhood and this web site, the newspaper was a waste of money! Good luck |
