I wish I could have checked out some of the parents I have had. One family I gave notice the first day and the third day they were terminated. I found out from the previous three providers all the dicipline problems with the children and how the parents reacted to it. It would have saved me a lot of headache if I had known. Now I make parents initial each page of the contract so I know they have read it and I have included a daily schedule so parents know what my routine is. |
