I would gladly give a prior care givers reference number to a new provider. My question is how would you know if the list is consistent with their prior care. I had a personal falling out with a provider, it had nothing to do with the care she gave my kids, in fact we were quite happy with her. I know that she would probably give me a terrible reference even though I was consistent in paying her and followed her rules so I would just leave her off my list......
The sad thing is our former provider did give our kids excellent care for a long time and she won't use us as a reference....I would give her a great reference! In fact I have told other people about her........ |
