It sounds like the threats the parents have made to you have resulted in your losing confidence. This is the typical age that a child leaves naps behind for good and no amount of manipulating the environment or circumstances will change that, at least not for long. Maybe she naps in the car on the way home or later (dinnertime) but that is not in your control so don't let guilt ride you.
You're doing all you can to accomodate the family. Keep it up and if it doesn't please them, show them the door.  |
