Help with nap time-Please Please! |

I have a three and a half year old who I think is too old to nap but her parents insist she has a nap everyday from noon to 2:30. I have tried for weeks to get her to sleep, music, dark room, removing my kids toys, but she just won't settle. She spends the next two hours up and down about 40 times! The parents said if she doesn't have a nap they will pull her out of care! I have even tried offering her special treats after her nap is over if she sleeps! Nothing. I am so frustrated and don't want to lose her but have no clue what to do. Please does anyone have any suggestions. There parents said she is out of control once she gets home from lack of sleep and make me feel like it is my fault. HELP! |
