I would put it in writing. Mail her a letter requesting your receipt and give her the address where you want it sent to and by when. Keep a copy of your letter and if she does not respond then report her to Revenue Canada and they will deal with her. If you paid her by cheques or direct banking you can get your amount to enter on your tax return that way. If you paid by cash you might have to guess at it but hopefully she will give you one. She is required by law to do so it was income.
