Hi there. I think you'd be wise to ask her to do a hold-the-spot by putting the older child in 2 days a wk or so during her leave and also to put a deposit of first/last wk for the new baby, which would hold the spot for the second child.
There is lots of work available so don't worry too much about losing this parent if things don't work out. Keep advertising and you'll soon have to turn parents away. All the best! Yanna |
